11:53 a.m.

The victim gave a male a ride home. Once they arrived at the address the subject produced a weapon, punched the victim in the mouth and stole his phone. Officers were able to locate the suspect in an apartment. Ernesto Anthony Martinez, 19, was booked into jail for robbery.



10:01 p.m.
Occupied Stolen Vehicle
1302 S. State St.


Officers saw the subject entering a stolen vehicle at this address. Jose Toledo, 37, was booked into jail for theft as well as a warrant.



2:24 a.m.
837 W. North Temple St.


The suspect approached a female and began to yell at her before punching her in the face. A bystander tried to intervene by striking the suspect with a chair. This caused the suspect to stab the bystander causing non-life-threatening injuries. The bystander and the suspect were both transported to area hospitals. Charges will be screened.
