A male suspect concealed an item for sale in his pocket and attempted to leave the store. The suspect assaulted a clerk and a customer, who tried to stop him from leaving. The suspect fled the area on foot but was apprehended a short distance away by police. The suspect was identified as Carlos Jamie Garcia, 44. Medical responded to treat the injuries of all involved parties. Garcia was booked into jail for F2 Robbery.

Officers observed an occupied stolen vehicle in a parking lot. They took the only occupant, Carolyn Tuupo, 38, into custody. Tuupo was booked into jail for felony theft and warrants.
