1858 S. Lakeline Dr.

A male suspect entered the victim’s home by force and was chased out by the victim. The suspect fled in a vehicle and has not been located at this time. The victim’s front door was damaged but no property was reportedly stolen.

12:28 p.m.
216 S. 700 E.

A male suspect entered a convenience store, selected items from the shelf and brought them to the cashier. He handed the cashier a note, demanding cash from the register. The suspect took an undisclosed amount of money and the suspect fled the store on foot. Investigation ongoing.

11:52 p.m.
Shots Fired
251 E. 300 S.

Officers responded to reports of shots fired in the area. They located the male suspect in one of the apartments. They arrested the suspect and recovered the weapon. The suspect was identified as Richard Kemple, 27. He was booked into jail for related charges.
