A victim left a passenger in his vehicle while stopping at this address. A white Mercedes SUV pulled up next to the victim vehicle. A white male got out of the back-passenger seat of the Mercedes and pointed a gun at the victim on the front porch. The suspect then got into the victim’s running vehicle and pointed a gun at the passenger and told the passenger to get out of the car. The SUV and the stolen vehicle then left the scene.

Officers in the area heard shots fired. Calls also came into dispatch about shots fired. Officers responded to the scene and located empty shell casings. No property damage or victims were located.

Stolen Vehicle

An officer located a stolen vehicle in the area. The vehicle pulled over and the suspect fled on foot. Officers located the suspect in a nearby home. Alejandro Vargas, 25, was booked into the jail for the stolen vehicle.
