A vehicle stopped in front of the residence and a single round was fired into the residence. The round struck the residence, but no injuries were reported.

Possession of Stolen Property

The victim located his stolen bicycle for sale online. He arranged to meet the suspect to purchase the bicycle. While they were meeting the victim’s girlfriend asked the suspect to remove the bike from his vehicle. During the conversation the female indicated they knew the suspect stole the bicycle. The suspect tried to drive away as the female opened the door to try and stop him. The suspect continued to drive as the female hung onto the door. Officers arrived on scene and stopped the vehicle. Logan Frisschknecht, 24, was booked into jail for theft.

The victim told his ex-girlfriend she needed to move out of his apartment. She left and returned a short time later with two males. While the female was retrieving her belongings, the males sprayed the victim with bear spray. The suspects left prior to police arrival.
