Aggravated Assault

The victim was located inside is residence with a laceration. He indicated he had been assaulted with a blunt object and had his keys taken. The victim was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The suspect was not located.

Assault on a Police Officer

Officers responded on an individual who was refusing to leave. When officers contacted the male, he told them he intended to fight with them. Officers attempted to speak with the male, but he kept insisting he wanted to fight and would not leave. When officers attempted to take the male into custody he fought with officers, kicking one in the head, and attempting to take a Taser from another. The male was eventually taken into custody and placed in a WRAP restraint. Mitchell Baltimore, 30, was booked into jail for trespass and assault on a police officer. Two officers were treated for minor injuries.
