The Watch Command Log is a daily summary of events of significance compiled by Watch Commanders. There are three watches in a 24-hour period: days, afternoons and graveyards. Items contained in the Watch Command Log are based on information available at the time of its release and should not be interpreted as an admission or finding of guilt. Arrest information may differ from formal charges, which are filed at the discretion of the prosecuting agency.

Neighbors called police after observing someone trying to break into a house next door. Several persons cornered and detained the lone juvenile until police arrived. They youngster was transported to Detention.
AFTERNOON SHIFT

An officer conducted a routine traffic stop at this address. A search of the vehicle turned up 14 grams of Methamphetamine. Drug paraphernalia and a large amount of cash were also seized. Juan Carlos Montoya, (10-24-78) was booked for Possession of a Controlled Substance with intent to Distribute.
