Suspect Sought in Robbery of Zions Bank
SALT LAKE CITY—Salt Lake City Police Department asks the public to help identify a male who robbed a Zions Bank branch at 1635 S. Redwood Road.
On Thursday, July 29, 2010, at approximately 11:30 a.m., the male suspect entered the bank, approached a teller and demanded money. The suspect had what appeared to be a gun in his waistband.
He is described as:
- white
- 40-50 years old
- red shirt, with a light-colored shirt underneath
- red bandana
After the suspect robbed the bank, he entered into a taxicab which dropped him off in the area of 1500 S. Redwood Road. The suspect was last seen on foot in an unknown direction.
