Officers responded on a report of a fight in the apartment building. Officers located the subject as he was leaving the apartment and gave him commands to stop. The subject charged at officers and was knocked back by a kick from the officer. The subject charged again and a taser was deployed to subdue him. He was taken into custody and treated at a local hospital for the wounds he received when he broke through the sliding glass window on the balcony. Charges are pending.
