Jeffrey Dustin Lambert (04/21/77) grabbed the arm of a 25-year-old woman who was walking in the area, and he demanded her watch. The victim immediately screamed and several people in the area came to her aid. Lambert let the victim go and fled on foot. A responding officer captured Lambert as he was running from the scene. Lambert was booked into jail on a charge of robbery.
