June 28, 2012 — The Salt Lake City Police Department seeks the community’s help to identify and locate a man suspected in the robbery of two restaurants in Salt Lake City.

At approximately 1:50 p.m. Monday, June 25, 2012, the suspect entered Little Caesars Pizza at 2104 S. 700 E. and demanded money. The employee complied, after which the suspect left the scene on a black mountain bike and was last seen riding northbound on 600 East.

He is also suspected in a similar robbery attempt at 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 27, 2012, at City Cakes and Café, 282 E. 900 S. He was wearing a light green t-shirt, blue jeans and black shoes.

Suspect description:

  • male white adult in his 40s
  • 5 feet 10 inches tall
  • stocky build
  • bald, with goatee
