The narcotics unit served a search at the above location. A large amount of marijuana along with drug paraphernalia, and cash were seized. Carlos Edwardo Allard-Vidal (9/19/80) was booked into jail for possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute and for possession of drug paraphernalia.
