A security officer responded to Fellowship Hall on a burglar alarm. He discovered a broken window and located Steven Weathers (6/30/63) sitting behind a dumpster in the parking lot eating food that he had taken from the building. Steven was booked into jail for Burglary, open container, and public intoxication.
