Safe Streets Gang Detectives observed three juveniles set off what appeared to be a dry ice bomb at Liberty Park. Detectives discovered that the juveniles had a backpack full of items used to make acid bombs. Two 14-year-olds and a 15-year-old were transported to the juvenile detention center and charged with making an incendiary device.
