 0716     Burglary in progress                  Liberty Park                   12-164188

 Officers responded to a call of a man breaking into the greenhouse located inside Liberty Park. Officers located the suspect a short distance away and took him into custody. David Stewart (12/4/64) was booked into jail for Burglary.

 1246     Officer Involved Accident          400 S. 400 W.               12-164238

 Motorcycle officers were performing traffic control at an intersection as a fire engine using emergency equipment was traveling westbound. A vehicle traveling northbound went through the intersection colliding with two of the officers. They were transported to the hospital with minor injuries.


 1830     Motorcycle Accident                  2290 S. 1300 E.             12-164534

 A male adult was riding a motorcycle along 1300 East when he appeared to slump over and crash onto the sidewalk. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene. The investigation into the accident is ongoing.


1711     Domestic Violence/Drugs          500 E. 700 S.                    12-164501

 Officers responded to a call of a fight at the above location. Officers found that the male suspect had assaulted his female roommate and threatened a witness. Anthony Vaccaro (1/21/58) was booked into jail for aggravated assault, domestic battery, and possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute. Jennifer Edwards (2/1/80) was booked into jail for possession of a controlled substance.
