Assault on a Constable

A constable attempted to serve an eviction notice at the above listed address. Nikole Bain (7/3/77) used pepper-spray to assault the constable. Bain refused to exit her residence when officers arrived but eventually opened the door and was taken into custody. She was booked into jail on charges of assault on police officer, resisting an officer and obstruction of justice.
