Bank Robbery

1420 S. 300 W.


A male adult entered the bank and demanded money. The suspect fled after receiving an undisclosed amount of money. He is described as an adult male in his 20’s, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall, 170 pounds, with dark facial hair. He was wearing a green colored hooded jacket or coat, dark colored baseball cap and jeans.


Aggravated Assault

700 S. Jeremy St.


During a traffic stop a vehicle rammed a marked police car and then sped away. Officers were able to stop the vehicle a short time later and take the suspect safely into custody. Christopher Whitaker (3/9/92) was booked for possession of a stolen vehicle and aggravated assault on a police officer.
