An adult, female awoke to find three male suspects leaving her grandsons bedroom. One of the suspects struck her in the head with a weapon before leaving the house. Her grandson reported that the suspects stole several items from him before fleeing the home. The suspects were described as being male Polynesian adults, 5 feet 9 inches to 6 feet tall, 230-250 pounds, and were masked.

A citizen reported that she witnessed a suspect stealing her neighbor’s property. Officers located Tracy Gallardo (07/21/70), who was booked into jail for theft, fleeing from officers and an outstanding warrant.

Car Prowl

Officers found that Phillip Shane Abeyta (12/04/74) was in possession of stolen property from a car prowl that took place in the area. Abeyta was booked into jail for vehicle burglary, possession of burglary tools, and criminal mischief.
