Protesters were blocking the primary parking entrance to the Federal building, and two refused to move. Ryan Pleune (9/24/77) and Joan Gregory (4/6/53) were booked into jail for failure to comply with a lawful order and blocking the sidewalk.

A 39-year-old man was in roadway outside of a crosswalk when he was struck by a vehicle. The man was transported to a local hospital in critical condition but was upgraded to serious condition.

An officer observed Kiel Palmer (4/17/84) urinating in public. Palmer walked away from the officer, refusing to comply with the officer’s orders. Palmer became belligerent to the officer and the officer used pepper Spray to make an arrest. Palmer was booked into jail for failure to stop for a police officer, disorderedly conduct and concealing identity.

A Male entered the business with a weapon and demanded money. After obtaining an undisclosed amount of money, the suspect fled. The suspect was wearing grey pants, a white button up shirt, dark gloves, a dark baseball style hat, and had a dark bandana covering his face.
