A male adult with his children had a game system stolen while attempting to sell it. An arrangement was made on for the victim to meet the suspect in a parking lot, at which point the suspect showed a weapon and took the game system from the man. The suspect fled southbound on foot on West Temple. The suspect is described as a white male, shaved head, with the numbers “801” tattooed on the back of his scalp and several tattoos on his arms and shoulders. SLCPD reminds the public to take safety precautions when online transactions move offline. Never meet a stranger in an isolated place, especially when cash is involved.
