It was reported that a male suspect had pointed a silver handgun at several citizens while at the Maverik. The suspect fled in a vehicle, but continued pointing the handgun out of the window at people in their vehicles. Officers were able to locate the suspect as he fled into the home at the above address. The male suspect refused to come out of the home and eventually was safely taken into custody by SWAT officers. Christopher Woodard (5/31/83) was booked into jail on two counts of aggravated assault, fleeing, obstruction of justice, and child endangerment.

Vandalism to Police Cars

While officers were on a separate incident at Pioneer Park they observed a male suspect using a knife to slash the tires of their police cars. The suspect resisted arrest but was eventually taken into custody. Lamar Howard Jeffries (7/30/60) was booked into jail for vandalism, disorderly conduct, false information to police officer, and interference with arrest.
