An officer observed Justin Gelhe (12-17-81) with a needle sticking out of his arm at this address. The officer stopped to talk to Gelhe, when he fled NB on foot. Another officer responded quickly to the area and assisted in taking Gelhe into custody at 211 South 500 West. Gelhe was booked into jail for fleeing and a possession of illegal narcotics.

Eric Bird (6/10/86) entered the Jade Market and demanded money while displaying a knife. Bird obtained money and fled the store.

Eric Bird (6/10/86) approached a valet for PF Chang’s and demanded money while displaying a knife. Bird obtained money from the victim and fled the area. Officers located Bird near the shelter and took him into custody. Bird was identified as the suspect in this and the Jade Market robbery. He was booked into jail for 2 counts of aggravated robbery.

Officers responded on a possible shots fired call at this location after reports of loud bangs and glass breaking. Officers responded to the address and could see broken windows at the address. Officers came in contact with an extremely intoxicated female, Erica Duran (8/11/79), who refused to come out. Duran refused to comply to commands from officers and gulped down her bottle of vodka she began to fight and kick at officers trying to take her into custody. A drive stun with a CED was deployed and Duran was taken into custody. Duran was booked into jail for public intoxication, resisting arrest and assault on a police officer.
