Officers responded to report of a stabbing. A 50-year-old male adult had been in a fight with an acquaintance and was found stabbed in the upper torso. He was transported to the hospital in critical condition and later upgraded to stable. Joseph Marquez (04/14/62) was booked for aggravated assault.
After fleeing from Police, the driver of a stolen car crashed it into a parked trailer and fled on foot. A K9 Unit was deployed. “Otto” tracked and found the suspect nearby. The suspect was non-compliant and bitten by the dog. After being treated at the hospital Terrance Wilkins (7/16/89) was booked on several charges including possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of burglary tools, concealed weapon, hit and run, and fleeing.
