Aggravated Robbery
676 N. Redwood Rd.

The suspect entered the Maverik store, brandished a handgun and demanded money from the clerks. Suspect description: male white adult, 25-30, 5 feet 3 inches tall, wearing black military-type jacket with chevron emblems on the shoulders and a purple patch on the right sleeve, gray-and-black plaid shorts, gloves, and a black baseball cap with a red brim. He was last seen running eastbound on the north side of 700 N.

Fatal Auto Pedestrian
400 N. Redwood Rd.

Edoxio Villalobos-Barrera (11/02/47) crossed Redwood Road from west to east and was struck by an SUV that was going southbound on Redwood Road. Villalobos-Barrera was not in a crosswalk. Preliminarily, neither drugs, alcohol, speed nor distractions are suspected on the part of the driver of the SUV. Villalobos-Barrera was pronounced dead at the scene.

4:35 a.m.
Fatal Traffic Accident
700 S. 400 W.

A westbound SUV collided with a parked trailer at the above address. The vehicle then rolled and came to rest against a power pole at 500 W. It is unknown an exact time of the accident as it was reported by a passerby who saw the vehicle sometime after the crash occurred. It appears that there was only the sole occupant, a male who was pronounced dead at the scene. Accident investigators responded and the investigation is ongoing. Next of kin has not been notified.
