400 West North Temple

The victim asked the suspect for change for a fifty. The suspect took the fifty out of the victim’s hands, but produced no change. They struggled for a bit and the suspect won control over the fifty.  He was seen fleeing on foot South on 400 West.  The suspect is described as: male, Hispanic, adult, 5’10, 140 lbs, short black hair, with a couple days of facial growth. He was wearing a light yellow tee shirt, gray sweat shirt with hood, and faded blue jeans.
