A man entered the store, picked up a knife that was for sale, and proceeded to the checkout counter.   At the counter he demanded money, threatening the clerk.  As the suspect placed the knife down to pick up the money the manager of the store grabbed the knife. Officers arrived and were able to take him into custody. Michael Hardgrove (11/30/54) was booked for aggravated robbery.

A woman entered a restaurant and handed the employee a note indicating she had a weapon and demanding money. Once the register was open the woman grabbed some money and left on foot. Employees caught up with her and held her until officers arrived. Robbery detectives interviewed the suspect and determined she was also the female suspect in the robbery of Coffee Noir on Sunday, July 20th. http://slcpd.com/watch-log-sunday-july-20-2014  Natalie Rhodes (2/29/80) was booked on two counts of aggravated robbery.
