Several witnesses reported that a man known to them fired a handgun from a truck while passing by their apartment. The suspect is the boyfriend of a family member. Officers located the truck and were able to take the suspect into custody without incident. Mika Tiatia (2/18/78) was booked for possession of a firearm by a restricted person, aggravated assault, and possession of stolen property. No injuries or property damage were found at the scene.
