Man with a gun

Officers were searching the area for a man with a gun when they stopped three potential suspects. One of the men withdrew a firearm and ran on foot from the officers. Officers contained the area and the suspect Zachary Wise (7/5/89) was located. Wise was booked into jail for weapons violation, failure to stop for officers, warrants, and a parole violation.
