9:35 p.m.
Burglary/Aggravated Assault
1243 E. Alameda Ave.

A man returned to his apartment to find an unknown man and woman inside. The male suspect threatened the victim with a handgun and then both suspects fled in an unknown direction. The victim found he was missing items, including the handgun the suspect had used. The male suspect was described as a white male adult in dark clothing and a baseball cap. The female suspect was described as a white female in a black hoodie.

11:42 p.m.
Aggravated Assault
411 N. Grant St.

A man unknown to residents was asked to leave this address. After being escorted outside, the suspect brandished a weapon and threatened the people who were asking him to leave. The suspect then left the area in a maroon sedan driven by a white adult woman with long brown hair up in a bun, and wearing a U. of U. sweatshirt. The suspect was described as a black male adult, thin build, 5 feet 9 inches tall, with short black hair, and wearing a dark jacket and Levi’s.

12:08 a.m.
Stolen Vehicle/Arrest
300 S. Pueblo

An officer was driving in the area and located a stolen vehicle occupied by two people. Jose Ramirez (4/6/77) was booked into jail for possession of stolen property and warrants. Jaime Mitchell (4/1/75) was booked into jail for fraudulent use of a credit card, possession of drug paraphernalia and warrants.
