Attempt Kidnap – Aggravated Assault

Adam Green (11/10/81) entered the Broadway Theatre unlawfully and gained access to the restricted cast and crew area where he made his presence known to a female juvenile.  The juvenile stated Green had a knife and she felt threatened and fled.   Green left the theatre and an attempt to locate was broadcast. An officer working part-time job in the area located Green and took him into custody.  Green was booked into jail for aggravated kidnapping, aggravated assault, and aggravated burglary.

500 S. 900 W.

An adult male was crossing 900 W. at 500 S. in the cross walk when he was struck by a north bound vehicle.  The male was taken to a local hospital in serious condition.  The driver of the vehicle stated that he didn’t see the victim in the roadway.  The accident is still under investigation.
