Recovered stolen vehicle

An officer found a stolen vehicle in the 7-Eleven parking lot. He contacted the two occupants of the car inside the store and arrested them. Albert Yazzie, 24, was booked for possession of a stolen vehicle and possession of burglary tools. Marshall Tate, 22, was booked on drug charges.

Two City Creek Mall security officers confronted a man who had been inside a restroom for a long time. The man brandished a knife, threatening them. The security officers disengaged and called police. An officer found the suspect nearby and arrested him. Dustin Gardner, 36, was booked for aggravated assault and drug charges.
