A 37-year-old man reported he was standing in the north parking lot of this apartment complex when another man approached him and demanded his wallet. When he refused the suspect shot him in the chest. The victim was transported to the hospital in serious condition. Investigators searched the area for clues to what occurred but found little. Investigation ongoing.
