Recovered Stolen Vehicle/Fraud & Theft

Officers located a stolen vehicle in the parking lot of the above address. Further investigation led officers to find two suspects in one of the rooms. The suspects were arrested for their involvement in previously reported fraud and theft cases. Other stolen property was also located inside the room. Officers booked David Elliot, 44, and Kevin Martinez, 33, into jail for multiple charges related to thefts and fraudulent use of credit cards.
