SALT LAKE CITY — An exhibit of the top 25 entries in the Salt Lake City Police Department’s annual Anti-Drug Poster Contest went on display Monday at the main City Library, 210 E. 400 S. Two scholarships and other prizes will be awarded today at 4:30 p.m. A panel of judges chose the following students from all the entries to compete for top honors and prizes during today’s final round of judging.
All students whose entries met contest guidelines will receive a contest T-shirt at today’s awards ceremony. The top 25 entries will compete for two $2,500 scholarships and a MacBook from the Salt Lake City Police Foundation. Other prizes will be awarded, including an iPad, iPad mini and a digital camera. More than 100 entries were submitted in this year’s contest, which can be seen on SLCPD’s Flickr page.
