Dancelle Mukandekezi, 74-years-old, was last seen standing outside of her apartment building around 5:00 pm yesterday afternoon. Later, her son reported her missing. She is from Africa and does not speak English. Dancelle has asthma and other health issues. Requesting community support to find her.
