Traffic Accident

A person walking along the Jordan River noticed a car upside down in the water near a railroad crossing just South of North Temple. The top of the car was submerged and it appeared the car had been in the water for several hours. Fire Water Rescue located a lone female victim deceased inside the car. There is no indication that anyone else was in the vehicle, Fire and Police checked down river to 600 N, but did not locate anything. The investigation into the identity of the female and the cause is ongoing.
