Officers were called to a home where the subject Reed Grover 42, had tried to force his way into the house under the guise of being a police officer. It was quickly determined the subject was in fact not an officer. He was physically restrained with his own handcuffs by the occupants of the house. He was booked into jail for burglary, assault, and impersonating a police officer.
