A homeowner stated his children found a stick of dynamite while playing in the backyard. He brought the explosive to the Pioneer Precinct. The Hazardous Devices Unit was called out to properly dispose of the item.

Found incendiary device

A homeowner was in the process of moving out of his house when he came across a military M125 aerial cluster flare. The homeowner brought the item to the Salt Lake Public Safety Building to hand over to police. The Hazardous Devices Unit was called out to properly dispose of the item.
