A man approached another male in the area of the shelter to purchase cigarettes. The male who had previously sold the victim cigarettes brandished a knife and demanded money. The victim complied and then went into the shelter to call police. The suspect is described as a black male adult, 25 to 30 years old, 6 feet 2 inches tall, and was wearing a black beanie, jeans, and a black winter coat with red, blue and black stripes.
