A man and woman were unloading their vehicle when they were approached by a male suspect holding a knife. The suspect demanded the victim’s property and then fled on foot. The suspect is described as a white male adult, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 200-220 pounds, late 30’s to early 40’s wearing a light flannel shirt or jacket, a dark colored backpack and light colored shorts with short hair.
