Possession of Stolen Vehicle – Forgery
1295 S Redwood
An officer observed a suspicious vehicle backed into a parking stall at the Chase Bank at 1295 S. Redwood road. The officer observed Tiffany Lewis (33) run from the bank. Officers stopped Lewis for questioning and discovered she was attempting to cash a forged check. The suspicious vehicle was listed as stolen. The driver of the vehicle Gary Lott, (31), was taken into custody. Information was obtained that the car was stolen by an individual who was at the Motel 6 at 1990 W North Temple. Officers responded and took Ronald Lott (31) into custody for several felony warrants. Officers learned there may be drugs in the room and a detective responded and wrote a search warrant for the room. Ronald Lott was booked for possession of heroin with intent, vehicle theft and felony warrants. Tiffany Lewis was booked into jail for theft by deception, theft by receiving stolen property and forgery. Gary Lott was booked for theft by receiving stolen property.

A male white adult, approximately 35 yrs, 5’9″, skinny wearing a camouflage entered the Boost Mobile store. The suspect walked around the counter and pushed the clerk away from the register. The suspect opened the register and took money from the till and fled S/B on 800 W.
