5:50 a.m.
1665 W. 700 N.

A woman was at the McDonalds drive up window when she was approached by a man who attempted to take her drinks. The suspect fled on foot and was not located. The suspect is described as a black male adult, 5 feet 5 inches tall, 140 lbs. 18-22 years old, wearing a light gray hooded sweatshirt, camouflage pants, a baseball cap, and a black backpack.

11:04 a.m.
Shots fired
1322 W. Illinois Ave.

The male victim was driving his car and observed that he was being followed by another vehicle. The vehicle pulled up and fired several rounds at the victim, striking the vehicle, but missing the victim. The victim did not know why the suspects were shooting at him. The suspect vehicle fled the area and is described as a blue Saturn passenger car with no license plates. The two suspects in the vehicle had their faces covered by bandanas or masks. The suspects have not been located.

3:58 p.m.
700 S. 800 E.

A man was walking when a vehicle pulled up with a female driver and male passenger. The male passenger fired a single shot at the victim, striking him in the thigh. The victim was transported to a local hospital. The suspect vehicle is described as a white passenger car. No crime scene could be located and the investigation ongoing.

7:15 p.m.
Attempt robbery/Aggravated assault
275 S. Rio Grande St.

The male victim stated he was approached by two suspects and attacked as one of them attempted to steal his property.  The victim sustained head injuries and lacerations and was transported to a local hospital. The suspects were not located and are described as (Suspect one) Hispanic male adult, 5 feet10 inches tall wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt. The second suspect is described as a black male adult wearing all black clothing.
