Narcotics arrest

An officer observed a vehicle with a warrant for the owner. Officers made contact with the driver and discovered he was a non-compliant sex offender. Officers also discovered the suspect was in possession of methamphetamine, heroin, crack cocaine, marijuana and cash. Officers booked William Crawford, 50, into jail for possession with intent to distribute and his sex offender violations.

Officers observed a male conduct a hand to hand transaction with another subject. When officers attempted to make the arrest, the suspect fought with officers and attempted to flee. Officers were able to gain control after deploying OC and a Taser. Officers booked Daniel Watrous, 40, into jail for possession of spice, resisting arrest, registered sex offender in a park, and warrants.

A pizza delivery person was attempting to deliver pizza, but had a bad address. The victim was walking to an apartment building when a male asked if he had their pizza. While the two talked another suspect punched the victim from behind. Both suspects then assaulted the victim and took the pizza. The suspects left in an older hatchback. Suspect #1 is described as a black male adult in his 20’s, 5 feet 6 inches, 135 lbs., short curly black hair, wearing a gray or brown hoodie. Suspect #2 is described as a dark skinned male, wearing a beanie.

Carjacking

A female was cleaning out her car, heard a tapping on her window, and looked up to see a male with a silver handgun. The male opened the door, told the victim to get out and give him the keys. The female threw him her fob, but retained her key and fled to her house. The male was unable to steal the car and fled on foot. The suspect is described as a white male adult 20-30 years old, 6 feet tall, slender build, with medium-long black hair, wearing a dark beanie and a black and red plaid winter coat.
