11:34 a.m.
Bank robbery
1575 S. Main St.

A man entered a bank and handed the teller a note demanding money. The suspect then left the bank with an undisclosed amount of cash and was not located. The suspect is described as a white male adult with short brown hair in his late 30’s to early 40’s wearing a camouflage and white baseball cap and a white Planet Fitness t-shirt.

6:07 p.m.
Auto pedestrian accident
1145 S. Glendale Dr.

A 3 year-old boy was running in a store parking lot and was struck by a slow moving vehicle. The juvenile was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries. The driver was not cited at this time and the case is under investigation.

6:48 p.m.
Update: Carjacking vehicle recovered
245 W. Ardmore Pl.

Officers located the stolen vehicle that was taken the night before in a carjacking. The driver of the vehicle was taken into custody. Officers booked Corey Bowen, 48, into jail for aggravated robbery and possession of drug paraphernalia.
