A man entered a store and used cutting shears to remove merchandise. The suspect then ran from the store and an employee gave chase. The suspect turned around, threatened the victim with the shears and then continued to run. The suspect is described as a white male adult, mid-to-late 30’s, 5 feet 5 inches tall, thin with dirty blonde hair, unshaven, wearing a black faux-leather jacket with a hood that has a teal/black colored interior, blue jeans with rips in the knees and black/white tennis shoes.
