8:06 a.m. Aggravated robbery

A man was sitting on the men’s side of the shelter when he was approached by Levi Gomez, 59, who put a knife to his throat and demanded money. A witness pushed Levi away from the victim and followed him while Police were called. The witness directed responding officers to Levi’s location and he was taken into custody without incident. Levi was booked into jail for aggravated robbery.
