Officers attempted to stop a man on a bike. The suspect ditched his bike, fled on foot, and was quickly taken into custody. While in custody, the suspect fled again on foot and was taken into custody a second time. Officers booked John Paul Samamaniego, 37, into jail for fleeing, prisoner escape from custody, false Information, and warrants.
