Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute

Detectives initiated a traffic stop of driver Anthony Himes, 32. During the traffic stop, detectives contacted a passenger in the vehicle, Keaton Maher. Detectives discovered that Keaton was a parole fugitive and he was found to be in possession of heroin. AP&P responded to transport Maher back to prison. The driver, Himes, was found to be in possession of 4.1 grams heroin and 21.8 grams of methamphetamine. He was booked for a variety of felony and misdemeanor charges including DUI and Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Distribute.
