Officers responded on an assault and found a man in front of his house with multiple stab wounds to his neck. When officers arrived neighbors were administering first aid. The victim was transported to a local hospital in serious but stable condition. Witnesses observed a female adult neighbor stab the victim and then leave the area in a white SUV. The suspect has been identified, but not located. Investigation ongoing.
