Aggravated Assault
884 S. West Temple

A victim reported that while traveling North on I-15 a suspect vehicle; white, new model, 4 door Audi with a temp tag, forced him off the roadway. The victim followed the suspect off the freeway onto West Temple where the suspect fired several shots from a firearm at him. The suspect left South towards I-15 and was not located. No injuries or property damage was reported. The driver is described as an adult Hispanic male, no further description was available.

5:01 a.m.
502 E. 2100 S.

A Suspect parked his vehicle at a pump at the Shell gas Station located at the mentioned address. The suspect entered the Shell station, displayed a weapon and demanded money from the clerk. The clerk complied and the suspect left with an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect is described as a black adult male, 5’5”, wearing a gray t-shirt, black pants and dark tennis shoes. The suspect may have also had a tattoo on his neck. The suspect left in dark gray 4 door hatch back, possibly a Ford Focus. No injuries were reported.
